Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Cork. This is a 6-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension.
The Role:
* Manage delivery dockets, invoices, and process them efficiently.
* Perform photocopying, scanning, and filing tasks.
* Plan meetings, liaise with department schedules, and take detailed minutes.
* Provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
* Assist with lunchtime and break cover for the reception phone.
* Purchase supplies for day-to-day company administration.
* Control and schedule internal audits.
Requirements:
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* PowerPoint skills at an intermediate level.
* A sense of organization.
* Effective management of priorities and timekeeping skills.
* Ability to work within a team and independently.
* Trustworthiness.
* Capacity to cope in a high-pressure environment.
* Experience working in a site-based office environment.
