Were seeking a Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-brand service department. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and a customer-focused mindset to drive efficiency, profitability, and outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service and issue resolution. Manage workshop schedules, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Monitor KPIs (revenue, productivity, customer retention) and implement improvement strategies. Maintain legal and manufacturer compliance, including health and safety regulations. Work closely with parts, sales, and warranty teams to enhance the customer experience.
