Job Title: Newly-Qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: €75-80k Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role An established international law firm with a strong presence in Dublin is seeking to hire a Newly-Qualified Solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to work within a highly regarded disputes team handling complex, high-value commercial cases across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, and regulatory investigations. Assisting in the preparation and management of cases in the Commercial Court, High Court, and other forums. Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal opinions. Supporting senior team members with case strategy and business development initiatives. Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant case law and legislative changes. Key Requirements Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland (or due to qualify in 2025). Completed at least one rotation or placement in a commercial litigation/disputes team during training. Strong academic background and excellent analytical and drafting skills. Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop a long-term career in commercial litigation.
