Event Coordinator
Ambitious Event Coordinator needed to oversee the development, coordination and delivery of weddings, conferences, and events.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients to ensure seamless event execution
* Assist the Wedding Coordinator with administrative tasks
* Produce detailed function sheets for each event
* Manage menus, table plans, and operational functions
* Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience in hotel management or related field
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
