Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:
* Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for healthcare roles, including caregivers, nurses, and home care staff.
* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through job boards, social media, and networking.
* Match candidates to client requirements, ensuring a high standard of fit for both parties.
* Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
1. Sales & Client Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the healthcare and home care sectors.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
* Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction on both ends.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales and placement targets.
2. Operational Excellence:
* Stay updated on industry trends, compliance, and regulations in the healthcare and home care sectors.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including contract negotiations, onboarding, and follow-ups.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all recruitment and sales activities in the company’s CRM.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or home care.
* Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
* Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets.
* Knowledge:
o Familiarity with the Irish healthcare and home care industry is a plus.
o Understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance requirements.
