An Office Administrator position is available at a medium-sized accountancy firm in Dublin City Centre to provide administrative support to the Business Support Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform reception duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling couriers.
* Provide business support, including scanning, filing, corresponding with clients, general administration, bank runs, and post office tasks.
* Work as part of a team to provide support to 50 professional staff members.
Skills and Requirements:
* Experience working in a professional or financial service environment.
* A dynamic and varied role requiring excellent verbal and written skills.
* A strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
* Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Full training will be provided, but experience in an Administrator role is essential.
