Your Role: Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our sales drive, representing Kaseya's products and ensuring clients receive tailored solutions. You'll be responsible for:
1. Prospecting, nurturing, and closing new accounts in assigned territories.
2. Accepting, progressing, and enthusiastically closing leads with accurate reporting.
3. Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for closed/won business by creating value for in-house IT departments and deploying one of our many solutions.
4. Holding executive-level discussions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs. Articulating the value of Kaseya solutions and overcoming objections, securing next steps, and holding meaningful meetings.
5. Developing Subject Matter Expertise in our solution stack and maintaining in-depth knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
6. Driving sales through a collaborative-team approach, leveraging our extensive resources (marketing tools, engineers, and product specialists) to win. Being comfortable selling through live video conferencing and demonstrations, nurturing with personalized video communication.
7. Opportunity Tracking – Monitoring opportunities through the Kaseya sales process and ensuring outstanding hygiene. Being responsible for accurately forecasting opportunities and participating in account reviews with management and support teams.
8. Delivering a professional sales experience for prospects during all aspects of the sales process/touch points, including formal meeting agendas, follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
9. Participating in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to create new prospects/opportunities.
