About the Role
2into3 are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager who, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with 2into3’s Senior Management Team, will develop the organisation’s next marketing and communications strategy and implement successful calendarised marketing campaigns for each of its Advisory, Funding and Talent service areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for a competent and ambitious marketer to lead 2into3’s marketing activities, and further develop 2into3’s position as the leading consultancy offering advisory, funding and talent services to nonprofits on an all-island basis.
The role requires a dynamic and strategic individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to maximise mutually beneficial collaborative opportunities, negotiate and uphold agreements, develop thought-leadership content, manage internal and external communications, and uphold brand integrity. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, innovative and results-driven marketing and communications professional with a strong grasp of digital tools and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
