Divisional Administrator
We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our top business unit as a Divisional Administrator. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide PA support to the Managing Director, preparing meetings and materials and coordinating with team members.
* Manage diaries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare and circulate monthly board packs.
* Coordinate approvals for expense claims and other documentation.
* Manage event logistics for the division.
* Support the business owner of CRM, Resource Planning, and Strategy applications.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide actionable insights through detailed reports.
* Provide end-user training and support for CRM-related queries.
You will work closely with the team of administrators and executive assistants across the business.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in office administration using MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
* A relevant administration certificate or diploma (e.g. ECDL, Pitman Training).
* Graphic design, presentation preparation, and construction administration experience preferred.
