Customer Service Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team. This is a 12-month contract role that involves daily communication with customers and the dealer network via telephone and email.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications, including telephone, postal, web, and email inquiries.
* Record customer queries in our CRM system according to internal processes to ensure accurate reporting.
* Address all customer queries promptly and professionally.
* Take ownership of customer queries, concerns, and issues, resolving them efficiently.
* Collaborate with external providers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Work with the Customer Relations Team Leader to provide monthly reporting and as requested.
* Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by senior management or the Director.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in a key customer service role is essential.
* Customer-driven with the ability to build relationships with customers and the dealer network.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer experience.
* Capable of working independently and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
* Strong computer skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce is preferable.
* Previous experience in the motor industry is an asset.
