This country chic food haven is currently recruiting a talented Sous Chef to join their skilled kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting smooth kitchen operations
* Ensuring the production of superior quality food offering
* Managing and training kitchen staff
* Assisting the Head Chef as required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of two years experience as Sous Chef in an upmarket dining establishment with reputation for great quality food
* Skilled chef with proven track record of producing creative, delicious food with flair
* Commitment to using local, organic produce wherever possible
* Full knowledge of all food hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
* Positive manager with proven training and mentoring ability
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills with all collaborators
* Keen attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
Role Details:
* Four long days (10-hr shifts)
* Three days off
Candidate Requirements:
* Must reside in Ireland
* Must be fully eligible to work in Ireland
