The company has grown through major expansions to become a market leader in bespoke, quality solutions for the electrical industry. They produce and supply a range of products and services from a 17,500sqm manufacturing facility with an annual capacity of 6,500MVA.
About Your New Role
As night production supervisor, you will report to the Head of Manufacturing and manage the growing night shift, overseeing activities, line productivity, improvement initiatives, and personnel to drive overall performance and engagement.
You will be responsible for driving productivity, coaching team leaders, upholding safety, quality, and discipline standards in a supportive environment.
You will apply TPM, Continuous Improvement, and Kaizen techniques on a visual production line with optimal flow, anticipating and removing obstacles to continuous improvement.

This role requires working hours from 10pm to 6am.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Qualification in Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality or related field is advantageous. Five years' experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, as well as two years of managing a team.
Key skills include excellent written and oral communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership abilities.
