Facilities, Maintenance, & Sustainability Manager
CMS Limited delivers timely, efficient, high-end Facilities, Maintenance, and Sustainability-related services to a portfolio of clients.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager to oversee preventative maintenance, and maintenance operations, and to develop and implement relevant, dynamic, sustainability programmes.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead, train, mentor, and proactively manage a team of maintenance personnel across multiple sites, to ensure efficient and high-quality work across properties.
* Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), kitchen and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
* Set sustainability goals, and lay out the pathway to success. Drive awareness of, and compliance with, sustainability initiatives, ensuring timely, effective communications with all relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure all client properties meet fire safety regulations, including testing fire alarm systems, maintaining fire extinguishers and suppression systems, and maintaining all appropriate records.
Requirements and Expectations
* Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably within high-end hospitality or a multi-property setup, is necessary.
* Strong expertise in electrical and IT systems is vital for this role.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects, is required for this role, ideally using critical path analysis and/or other appropriate project management software.
