Main Responsibilities
* Manage customer inquiries over the phone in a professional and efficient manner.
* Aquire and accurately capture and update all necessary customer information.
* Provide expert advice on Calor services with a confident and positive attitude.
* Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Ensure administrative tasks are completed according to required processes and procedures.
* Participate in outbound customer campaigns as required.
The Ideal Candidate
* Consistently meet performance targets and standards related to productivity, schedule adherence, turnaround times, and quality.
* Possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to multitask.
* Have relevant customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, with a focus on data accuracy.
* Show ability to work independently, plan effectively, and manage priorities under pressure.
* Be a team player, willing to support other departments as needed.
