Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a Branch Senior Customer Experience Champion to join our team in Dublin City Centre. As a key member of the branch, you will work collaboratively with your team and Branch Lead to deliver business objectives and day-to-day operations in a compliant manner.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service or clerical experience, as well as a QFA or APA in Loans and Savings & Investments. They will be actively engaged in Continuous Professional Development and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate branch plans and ensure branch activities are actioned
* Coach branch colleagues on the key learnings of the Blackbelt program, including enhanced customer engagement and education
* Embed compliance awareness and promote 'right first time' performance
* Lead by example and provide an excellent level of customer service and advice
* Support day-to-day customer service operations within the branch
Requirements
* QFA or APA in Loans and Savings & Investments
* Actively engaged in Continuous Professional Development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Significant level of proven sales, customer service or clerical experience in a regulatory compliant environment
