Job Title: Administrator and Bookkeeper
This is a 12-month contract position with the Construction IT Alliance (CitA).
Administrator Role in CitA Skillnet Training Network
CitA runs a Skillnet Training Network called CitA Skillnet, which focuses on ICT training needs within the Irish construction industry. Member companies include Architects, Engineers, Main Contractors, Professional Institutions, Surveyors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
* Maintain and update the CitA Skillnet website with current training information.
* Collect and upload training profile forms onto the SONRAI training management system.
* Provide status updates of training forms on individual courses to the CitA Skillnet Training Manager.
* Perform data entry onto the Skillnet database with high accuracy, including participant, course, and event details.
* Use Survey Monkey to collect participant data.
* Manage the participant registration process by issuing profile forms.
* Provide administrative support, such as tracking attendance with trainers and maintaining training records.
* Gather evaluation forms from training participants.
* Work closely with training providers, gathering training schedules, and updating the schedule on CitA's company website.
* Identify slow-selling and underperforming training initiatives and promote them among members.
* Create marketing collateral on Canva.
* Manage client relations.
Bookkeeping Responsibilities
* Record financial data.
* Enter income and expenditure in finance software (QuickBooks).
* Record Skillnet income and expenditure in the Skillnet Ireland database (Sonrai).
* Physically and digitally file financial documentation on SharePoint.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience working with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, and PDF Exchange.
* 3+ years' experience working as an administrator in a professional environment, preferably in construction.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
Location
