Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Located in the Bluebell Inchicore area, within walking distance from the Bluebell Luas stop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of the construction of a food processing facility.
* Supervise subcontractors and site staff across various disciplines.
* Manage project budget and schedule.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations onsite.
* Maintain comprehensive site documentation and reports.
* Coordinate construction activities to avoid disruption to client operations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
* Experience with industrial and food-grade building projects.
* Strong project management and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Familiarity with construction management software.
About the Project:
The construction project involves building an extension to an operational food processing facility.
This includes:
* Partial demolition of the existing structure.
* Erection of a new steel frame for the building extension.
* Construction of a new lift shaft and stairwell.
* Installation of Kingspan roof and wall cladding.
* Development of a large cold storage room.
* Installation of internal whitewall panels in food production areas.
* Complete M&E fit-out of the extension.
* Refurbishment of the existing building.
Project Timeline:
24 months for the new build, followed by 18 months for refurbishment of the existing building.
