This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on a large scale. The Role: As a Change and Training Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring our people are equipped and ready for change. You will develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and oversee the design and delivery of effective training programs. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing resistance, maximizing adoption, and achieving our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute change management approaches and plans across various programs and projects, encompassing change impact analysis, business readiness, organizational change, training, organizational design, and communication. Create and implement change strategies and plans to facilitate the adoption of technology changes and business transformation. Lead and manage business readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle, fostering engagement and acceptance to maximize benefits. Identify and mitigate potential risks to change adoption. Apply structured methodologies to assess change impact, identify stakeholders, determine training needs, and evaluate readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling rationales for change and create effective communication materials. Oversee the development and delivery of diverse learning programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and other innovative channels. Plan, coordinate, and support end-user training, working closely with process teams and learning partners. Provide guidance to process teams on training standards and content development. Develop training content that effectively addresses change impacts. Monitor training programs and content to ensure effectiveness and relevance. Foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment. The Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, leading complex change management and/or training initiatives within a large-scale transformation or multinational organization. Proven ability to identify change impact and contribute to new organizational designs. Experience in designing and delivering enterprise-level training programs for new technology adoption. Familiarity with instructional design frameworks (e.g., SAM or LLAMA) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia) is preferred. Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe) is desirable. Knowledge of supply chain functions, processes, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) is desirable. Proficiency in data manipulation for change management and continuous improvement (e.g., MS PowerBI) is desirable. Educated to degree level. Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is preferred. Project management and/or training/instructional design certifications are desirable.
