Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee multiple projects in both urban and rural settings, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
2. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
3. Evaluate and refine project designs based on client feedback and site requirements.
4. Lead the site team and work closely with Contracts Manager and Site Agents to achieve project goals.
5. Ensure client expectations are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety regulations are upheld.
6. Implement innovative technologies to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
7. Mentor junior team members, identifying training needs and opportunities for growth.
8. Monitor site progress, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
9. Manage material delivery, resolve logistical challenges, and maintain compliance with legal and safety regulations.
10. Oversee traffic management and health and safety protocols on-site.
11. Coordinate with local authorities on footway inspections and work scheduling.
12. Handle client status reports, complaints, and public inquiries efficiently.
13. Perform administrative tasks and support ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements
Civil Site Manager Role Requirements:
* Prior experience in a management role is essential.
* Previous experience in water-related projects is mandatory.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in large civils contracts.
