Within ES, the Onboarding & Employee Learning (OEL) Team is seeking a (data) driven, analytical and highly skilled professional to fill our Senior Specialist, Data role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build/evolve a success measures model & roadmap to assess and showcase the impact of the Onboarding & Employee Learning portfolio (16+ programs).
2. Onboarding & Employee Learning V2MOM tracking and reporting, including consolidation and processing of multiple data sources.
3. Design, build and delivery of Impact Reports in partnership with Program Managers and Go-To-Market SME.
4. Management of Onboarding & Employee Learning surveys strategy in partnership with the Employee Listening team and in coordination with relevant vendors (40+ surveys).
5. Monitoring and integration of operational & system-output success measures in partnership with Ops & Tech teams.
6. Coordination and support of research initiatives in partnership with the People Analytics team.
7. Build/maintain process documentation and actively research ways to enhance our data framework and operations.
8. Play an active role in enabling the broader Onboarding & Employee Learning team in data literacy.
Requirements For Success
1. 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources and/or analytics functions.
2. Strong experience managing HR data and/or analytics.
3. Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel (large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, graphs & automations).
4. Analytical and systemic thinking to proactively and effectively identify and plan for interdependencies.
5. Sound logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity.
6. Excellent communication/presentation skills and confidence presenting to Sr. leaders.
7. Ability to manage ambiguity and work well under pressure, handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced global environment.
