Special Olympics Ireland has one of the strongest Special Olympic programmes worldwide.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dedicated and highly ambitious Community and Campaigns Fundraising team for a period of 16 weeks to support us with our biggest Community Fundraiser, Collection Day.
Collection Day is an all Ireland bucket collection which will take place on Friday 2nd of May.
This year the campaign will have a new digital focus and we are looking for someone to assist us with our microsite, donor journey communications and data management.
Summary:
The Digital Fundraising Assistant will be an important member of the Collection Day team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of Volunteers, Locations and Schools through digital communications and will report into the Fundraising Manager.
This role will involve digital and data support for the duration of the campaign.
This is a hybrid role based at our offices in Sport Ireland Campus, Snugborough Road, Dublin 15, five days a week.
Skills & Experience Knowledge and experience working with digital communications and data segmentation.
Experience in donor care and supporter journeys an advantage.
Experience in and knowledge of Not for profit sector an advantage.
A proven ability to successfully embrace and reach targets is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational and creative skills with ability to work on own initiative but also as part of team.
