Job Description
A Personal Assistant (PA GIV Clerical Officer) is required for an immediate start in a Public Sector organization based in Dublin 20.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor email inbox and acknowledge emails in a timely fashion.
* Maintain a correspondence log of all communications coming into the office.
* Distribute queries and tasks to relevant personnel.
* Keep track of reports and information request deadlines, sending reminders as necessary.
* Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing meeting packs and agendas.
* Prepare and issue meeting minutes and update action logs.
* Perform administration duties, including dealing with phone queries.
* Draft letters, emails, and correspondence on behalf of others.
* Prepare presentations.
Requirements:
* Experience in diary management and database management.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
