Accommodation Supervisor Role
The Brehon Hotel & Spa seeks an Accommodation Supervisor for a 32-39 hour working week. This role reports to the Accommodation Manager and is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure guests receive an excellent standard of housekeeping, focusing on their needs and expectations.
* Manage and motivate the Housekeeping Team, enforcing agreed standards of procedure and providing training and development opportunities.
* Order guest amenities, cleaning materials, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Develop and implement new systems and structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage weekly and daily rostering, payroll, and any maintenance issues through Snap Fix.
* Conduct regular checks on rooms, apartments, and public areas, promoting self-checking and ensuring high standards are maintained.
Ideal Candidate:
* Must have an eye for detail and be able to work accurately under pressure.
* Be a team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
* Be self-motivated and available for early morning, evening, and weekend work.
* Have experience in a supervisor role and be able to lead by example.
