Job Description This role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes that ensure all scheme documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with industry standards.
The Quality Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to improve workflows, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity across systems.
The role will also involve training staff and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Design, implement, and maintain a centralised document storage system to streamline access and retrieval of core scheme documentation.
Ensure scheme documentation is always up-to-date and easily accessible.
Assist the Quality & Reporting Manager in updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Develop and enforce change control protocols to ensure modifications to documents or processes are properly reviewed and approved, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Conduct internal audits and spot checks on documentation and processes quarterly to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain and enhance the centralised Smartsheet system to ensure efficient data management and accessibility for employees Investigate and support corrective actions for quality issues to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance on the NDG RPL process.
Conduct training sessions for staff on SOP updates, quality control procedures, and new tools.
Act as an SME for quality processes and document management, providing expert guidance to teams.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose automation or process optimisation solutions.
Assist in the implementation of new tools, templates, and dashboards to streamline quality tracking.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine internal procedures and enhance efficiency.
Develop clear communication strategies to inform teams about new quality protocols, SOP updates, and best practicesSupport the Quality & Reporting Manager on key quality and process improvement projects.
