About the Role
The Office Administrator will play a vital role in managing various administrative tasks and providing support in managerial and organisational aspects. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day office operations
* Handling accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping and debtor management
* Creating and updating databases
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Organising staff training and company events
* General office management, including tracking office supplies and liaising with suppliers and clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding organisational abilities
* Experience in accounts or bookkeeping is an advantage
