Abrivia Recruitment has an exciting opportunity within the financial services industry for a Client Services Officer with fluent German. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a company and develop your career. In your role you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing administrative and interdepartmental support, and delivering high quality service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that feels comfortable in a client communication role, has excellent administration and attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and is excellent at multitasking.
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Ensure that excellent quality service is delivered
* Ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
* Working towards SLA’s
* Attend meetings, and taking minutes as required
* Manage business contracts and renewal schedules
* Be committed to learn and develop extensive product knowledge
* Multitasking on your daily workload
* Responsible for providing excellent customer service ensuring retention of clients and customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Role:
* Full fluency in English and German both verbal and written
* Previous experience in a customer focused role
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
* Previous experience of working in an office environment preferable
