Main Responsibilities:
Setting up conference, meeting rooms, and concert venues in line with client requirements
Breaking down and cleaning all venues after events
* Ensuring outdoor venues are clean and well-maintained
* Assisting with the smooth execution of events to enhance guest experience
* Constantly monitor all service standards ensuring SOP Manual is being adhered to.
* Responsibility for ensuring the bar and function areas are clean and well presented at all times.
* To communicate with the Duty Managers reporting any problems that may arise.
* To communicate effectively with all staff and C&B staff giving direction, support, timely feedback, and recognition of performance.
* To take direction and guidance from managers.
* To ensure all checklists are completed & recorded within the correct timeframe.
* To assist in training and motivating C&B staff.
* To ensure all staff are dressed in full & correct uniforms.
* To ensure the food is segregated in the appropriate manner as per the HACCP procedures.
* To report any maintenance matters for urgent attention.
Skills & Qualifications:
* 1 to 2 years Conference & Banqueting supervision experience.
* Proven track record in customer service & attention to detail.
* A strong knowledge of Conference & Banqueting operations and preparation techniques
* Have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
