This role presents an opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to move into a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment as the business embarks on an ambitious growth strategy. Key responsibilities will include: Developing comprehensive financial plans for clients, including retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning and investment recommendations. Ensuring all financial plans are tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client. Conducting in-depth research on investment products, market trends and financial planning strategies. Analysing client portfolios and providing recommendations based on their financial goals and risk tolerance. Providing administrative support to Financial Advisors, including scheduling client meetings, preparing meeting agendas and managing follow-up tasks. Assisting with client onboarding and account management activities. Ensuring all client interactions and financial plans comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar. A financial planning certification (e.g. QFA, APA, RPA) would be advantageous. 1-3 years experience in a paraplanning or similar role within the financial services industry. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct detailed research and analysis.
