About the role:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Creation and execution of end to end project delivery plans, following UKG OneView methodologySupporting and guiding Customers on the UKG OneView delivery methodology, helping them to ensure a successful Payroll transformation projectOverall delivery of projects following agreed upon timelines with customers and internal stakeholders as well as completion and sign off exit criteriaCreating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans to include technical, business and customer tasks and deliverables (inputs, outputs)
Management of RAID Log, Dependencies, and project documentationCoordinating internal/external resources to ensure project milestones/timelines are metSuccessful completion and delivery of all project deliverables and milestonesManage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate channelsSupport all implementation technical deliverables and activities to support a customer and setup for operational successManage the handover of implementation to ongoing operations teamsEnsuring first class customer experience during the Onboarding processRequirements: 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in a commercial environmentProject Management Certification, strong understanding and experience of PM Principles, tools and techniquesGraduate or Postgraduate with a minimum of a 2.
1 degree in business or technology fieldExcellent knowledge and experience of software delivery methodologies such as Agile and WaterfallProven ability to act as a leader in business transformation projectsGood understanding of system integration principlesStrong exposure to software and service deliveryProven track required in best in class Customer Service communications and deliveryDesire to develop a deep working knowledge of the global mobility / international payroll market
Desired Skills:
First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities, at senior executive levelExcellent communication skills both oral and written, as well as mastery of Microsoft Office toolsExcellent attention to detail and time and workload management skillsMust be motivated, professional, work on own initiative, with the capacity to be a versatile team player - flexible, proactive and pragmaticExperience creating and managing project plans, RAID Logs, CRs and adherence to governance standardsExperience of managing complex requirements and their implementationExperience of working with Sales, Delivery and Operational TeamsProblem solver with can do attitude, calm influence under pressureExperience in process development and improvementExperience in payroll is an advantage but not requiredWhere we're going UKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
