Building Services Engineer

Now they are going through a massive phase of growth among several of their sites and this one is no exception. They are growing their team out for their site in Donegal.
They are looking for a Building Services Engineer to join their team. This role is based in their Donegal site. ***Strong base salary and benefits package with this role**
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and implement facility/utility projects and support facilities management program to deliver safe and reliable utilities/facilities for customers and business.
2. Create & lead the successful delivery of complex Facility & Utility projects, generate plans, managing the associated cost and time constraints.
3. Interacting with Architects, M&E Designers/Engineers on matters relating to building services.
4. Assisting Design teams on development of site-specific Facility/Utility equipment/processes as required.
5. Commissioning, organising and assessing the work of contractors.
6. Overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems and specifying maintenance and operating procedures.
7. Making life-cycle decisions about existing systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment.
8. Ensuring that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements.
9. Generate and execute validation protocols, trials/ studies and create associated reports for facilities/utilities.
10. Identification of opportunities for new technology and driving continuous improvement.
11. Performing and analysing data, evaluating results, forming conclusions & contributing to Facility/Utility process improvements.
12. Identification and implementation of Cost Improvement and innovative Opportunities for Facility Operations.
13. Oversight of facilities/utilities preventative maintenance program
Education Requirements:
14. Work Experience: 2 years related work experience
15. Qualification: Certificate/Craft Certificate/Third Level Qualification in Engineering/Automation/Mechanical/Electrical
