Fleet Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Fleet Administrator. This role involves managing their European company car lease program across 20+ countries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the European company car lease program, ensuring smooth operations across 20+ countries.
* Address and resolve all employee enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
* Maintain adherence to policies, updating them as necessary.
* Review and process invoices as required.
* Manage company records and update internal databases with accuracy.
* Cross-collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless communication.
* Manage a busy inbox and respond to queries efficiently.
* Report progress via Excel, providing regular updates.
Skill Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and exceptional accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees and external partners at all levels.
* Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
About the Role:
This is a temporary contract lasting 6 months with a salary range of €36,000 - €40,000. The successful candidate will be expected to start immediately, so please only apply if you can commence work on short notice.
