Job Title: Operations Manager – Cleaning Services

Location: Across multiple sites in the Leinster region
We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee cleaning services across multiple client sites in the Facilities Management industry. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: Oversee cleaning operations, optimize schedules, and ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs.
2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, conduct site visits, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for additional services.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate Area and Site Managers, recruit and train staff, and provide performance reviews and coaching.
4. Quality Assurance: Maintain service standards through audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
5. Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets, control costs, oversee procurement, and optimize operational efficiency.
6. Health, Safety, & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Key Competencies:
1. Strong leadership and communication skills.
2. In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
3. Excellent organizational, budgeting, and time-management skills.
4. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Experience working in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in managing soft services within the FM industry.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
4. Proficient in financial and contract management.
5. Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
6. Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
