About the Role:
* Liaise with internal staff and liaison officers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Coordinate high volumes of data entry and administrative tasks, prioritizing urgent requirements.
* Provide administration support within the patients' accounts and records department.
* Upload documents to the database on an ongoing basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Oversee and amend relevant changes in line with guidelines as needed.
* Work with internal databases, maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Compile data and reports as needed, utilizing your proficiency in Excel.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a clerical position is advantageous.
* Non-negotiable requirement: previous administration experience in an office setting.
* Proficiency in Excel is essential.
* Previous experience working with CRM systems, such as SAP, is advantageous.
