Hotel Manager is required for a hotel in the Cork area. Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and coordinating staff.
Ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management, demonstrable leadership and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage and lead hotel staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure efficient operations.
Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on resolution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory and supplies.

Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
