Procurement Assistant - Dublin, Hybrid Working - 11 month contract - £120 - £145 per day PAYE
Responsibilities:
1. Processing quotes, raising requisition, verifying order status and communicating the status of requests and also working collaboratively with various internal and external teams to this end.
2. Support the Research and Development teams, related projects involving cross-functional teams at an aggressive pace on an enterprise-wide scale.
3. The role will also involve dealing with external vendors and building relationships.
4. You will be the catalyst for driving continuous improvement while supporting the day-to-day operations.
5. This is a high impact, multi-business/multi-region position in the organization. You will be part of a leading-edge team responsible for supporting and executing strategic efforts.
Experience:
6. College Certification level and 2 years' experience
7. Must be able to communicate with Senior Stakeholders.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and/or Google Suite, such as Excel
9. Good time management and organizational skills
10. Demonstrated communication skills - both verbal and written with a strong attention to detail
11. Basic mathematical knowledge
12. Effective interpersonal skills in driving engagement and satisfaction
13. Ability to be self-driven with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
14. Ability to meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
15. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP system an advantage
