Key Responsibilities
* Support senior management in achieving budgeted sales targets.
* Build strong and lasting relationships within the Cork community.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
* Maintain and grow existing client accounts to maximise revenue.
* Conduct face-to-face sales calls with corporate clients and local businesses.
* Deliver engaging presentations tailored to potential clients.
* Drive revenue growth through telesales and networking efforts.
* Research market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
* Represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and operational teams.
* Provide weekly reports on sales activities.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold relevant sales qualifications.
* Have three or more years of experience in a sales management role.
* Have at least two years of experience in food and beverage and conference and banqueting sales within hospitality
* Be results-driven and focused on achieving sales targets.
* Thrive in a client-facing role and enjoy networking.
* Have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
* Hold a full driving license and own transport.
