Job Title: Training and Development Specialist
Cpl Recruitment is seeking a skilled professional for a 12-month contract. The role involves designing and managing training programs, conducting needs analysis, and implementing learning solutions in Dublin 2.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to strategic goals by identifying opportunities for employee growth through learning.
* Develop annual training plans, manage individual and departmental training, and conduct needs analysis.
* Design, develop, and implement blended learning solutions using digital platforms and authoring tools.
* Evaluate Learning and Development processes to ensure quality standards.
* Support performance development, coaching, and mentoring, tracking progress against KPIs.
* Communicate Training and Development initiatives to stakeholders and build relationships with colleagues and vendors.
Requirements:
* A degree in Learning and Development, HR, Education, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar Training and Development Specialist role.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and learning management systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and technology-enhanced learning.
The salary range for this position is €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
