IN A NUTSHELL
Are you a skilful negotiator with a passion for building relationships? Do you have a strong sense of motivation and a need to succeed? If so, our Business Development Executive position might be the perfect opportunity for you – or as we call it at MD7, a Site Acquisition Consultant!
The Site Acquisition Consultant is responsible for identifying and securing optimal rental locations across Italy for EV charging stations on behalf of our clients. You will leverage your negotiation skills to establish partnerships with landlords, conduct site visits, and ensure lease agreements are successfully completed.
DAY TO DAY
* Building your pipeline: Searching for suitable EV locations and identifying potential landlords.
* Landlord communication: Contacting potential prospects by phone, e-mail, and video conferences to propose new business opportunities.
* Contract negotiation: Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms.
* Site visits: Travelling to identified locations to conduct site visits and capturing geospatial data and visual reports (if necessary).
* Data management: Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack, to ensure details of the agreements are easily accessed to draft the leases.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Excellent spoken and written Italian language skills.
* Basic spoken and written English language skills.
* 1-2 years of sales or negotiation experience in a commission-based environment.
* Demonstrable experience negotiating or persuading others to act.
* Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word are required.
* Property negotiation or real estate background preferred.
* The ability to be self-motivated with the initiative to work steadily without direct supervision.
