We are seeking a detail oriented, organised and highly motivated Property Assistant to join our Property Orga/Portfolio Team. The Property Assistant will manage administrative tasks and reporting within the Property department. The Property Assistant will report directly to the Property Orga/Portfolio Senior Project Manager.
What You'll Do
1. Manage the property administration and title management of all the companies’ properties and property acquisitions
2. Ensure that the title on all properties is clear and unequivocal
3. Preparation of all Property documents which require signatures from the Board of Directors
4. Manage all property registrations and undertakings
5. Ensure all property records, policies, and procedures comply fully with regulations, corporate governance and legislation
6. Manage all property re-financing campaigns
7. Maintain an upkeep of company records pertaining to the property life cycle
8. Support Acquisitions Managers and Senior Project Managers on all property administration and title management issues
9. Assist in the management and maintenance of relevant portfolio management software systems
10. Manage the content on the Lidl Ireland and Northern Ireland Property website
What You'll Need
1. Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
2. Confident communication skills
3. High Level of competency in the use of Information Technology
4. Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Packages
5. Knowledge of property contracts, leases and conveyancing is beneficial but not necessary
6. German is beneficial but not necessary

1. €36,500 rising to €49,500 after 3 years
