A multinational tech company is looking for a Hebrew-speaking HR Admin professional to join their team.
This is a full-time temporary role and requires an immediate start.
The candidate should be a Hebrew/English speaker who will support employees in that market.
About Your New Job:
You will be responsible for:
Serving as a primary point of contact for all employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits, employee data, HR systems, and pay for countries across the EMEA region.
Comfortably supporting queries on the phone or via our case management system.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic approach to supporting employees.
Responding to employee inquiries through phone or email by accessing a variety of tools and knowledge bases.
Administering HR-related processes for internal customers, including data entry.
Developing strong internal relationships across Human Resources and with internal process partners to better understand these functions.
Recording all inquiries and resolutions in a customer relationship management system.
What skills do you need? Fluency in English; Hebrew is required.
Experience in a call center or HR Shared Service Centre environment is advantageous.
HR qualification is desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
HR systems experience is desirable but not essential (Workday, Service Now, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.)
