Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
* Manage existing client relationships, providing ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities.
* Promote Cleveland Cables products and services to potential clients, offering tailored solutions.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
* Track sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cable, electrical, or industrial sectors.
* Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and negotiating techniques.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
