The employer is an established engineering / professional services firm - note this role is permanent with flexibility for either full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days / 22.5 hrs per week) Key Responsibilities Be capable of managing daily banking requirements including invoice processing, creditor reconciliations & payments, bank reconciliations and general ad-hoc queries Managementofdailyandweeklymarginreportsandbecapableoftroubleshooting data.
Assistinthepreparationandsubmissionoftax, RCT andVatreturns.
Managethecompaniesdebtorsandcreditors.
Assistinginad-hocprojectrequirementsanddependingonexperienceandprogress, additional responsibilities may be given.
The Candidate, 2Years(+)Experienceinasimilarrole,withsignificantaccountsandcommercial experience.
Proven IT skills, proficiency with MS word/Office and Excel (essential).
Previous experience with Sage would be an advantage.
Previous experience with Wages calculations would be an advantage.
May suit part-qualified accountant or accounting technician Aninteresttolearnanddevelopprofessionally.
