Qualities we are looking for
1. Two years or more of team management experience
2. Project Management / Client Management / Team Management skills
3. Basic Understanding of Financial Markets and Instruments
Responsibilities in your role
4. Manage service delivery and daily operations of allocated Team
5. Drive high client satisfaction though participation in planning & ownership in execution
6. Collaborate with enabling functions to ensure all customer & Team requirements & organization mandates are met in timely, compliant manner
7. Manage staffing scheduler & Payroll reporting
8. Lead/ Participate in interview process for onboarding new team members
9. Organize team huddles and share relevant process/ organization updates
10. Responsible for managing team performance pertaining to client agreed SLAs
11. Ability to perform RCAs in concerned areas of team, process and other relevant streams
12. Organize and diligently conduct performance and career pathing conversations with respective team members
13. Exhibit understanding of quality principles including Lean/ six sigma concepts and leverage techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives
14. Manage conflicts within teams or any stakeholders and keep the project goals on track by creating positive win-win outcomes
15. Improve predictability of employee turnover and constantly work on employee engagement initiatives
16. Work on active succession plan inorder to set sustainable operating model
