As a Facilities and Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Dublin office. This includes providing front-of-house representation through reception, phone, and email duties, as well as hosting internal and external guests.
You will contribute to maintaining a positive and social work environment by implementing initiatives that promote teamwork and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a sense of accountability and a professional approach in all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing stock levels, tidiness, and performance of suppliers
* Negotiating with external suppliers to ensure maximum cost savings
* Collaborating with building landlord & security team regarding office operations and maintenance
* Ensuring Health & Safety obligations are satisfied
* Coordinating events such as annual Christmas and Summer parties, and smaller office events throughout the year
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, with a practical, flexible, and hands-on attitude. You will also need excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
