About You:
To be considered, you should have:
* A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people management.
* Experience in any industry – pharma, medtech, manufacturing, technology, or more – is welcome.
* A proven ability to work independently and manage various HR functions.
* Relevant qualifications in HR, business administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification is a plus).
