The Product Complaints and Quality Co-Ordinator will manage the Product Complaints reporting and Recall reporting for Uniphar Medtech. It does, however, provide an indication of the main duties and responsibilities of the position.Ensuring Uniphar Medtech meet our reporting timelines of 24 hoursFollow product complaint reporting process from reporting to close out, liaising with the product manufacturer and internal stakeholdersAdministration of all open queries and following up accordingly with the relevant partiesMonthly reporting of open complaints to Senior Management, driving complaints to closure with responsible partiesEnsuring all Field Actions are treated as high priority across all Business Units.Follow Field Action process from receipt of Field Action from the manufacturer through to close out - with patient safety as our number one priority.Administration of all open queries and following up accordingly with the relevant parties.Maintaining and providing training to stakeholders impacted by product complaints and Field Actions.Working closely with other regulatory administration staff with cross training being provided for other QCRS tasks.The successful candidate will be required to update their knowledge and skills to fit the changing requirements of the role.
