Senior Client Service Advisor
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Client Service Advisor to join our busy Shannon team.
About the Role:
* Managing a portfolio of varied businesses within a busy and pro-active broking environment
* Handling clients' renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day to day client and carrier queries and administrative duties pertaining to same
* Providing support to our designated claims team in the handling of insurance claims
* Reviewing policy wording
Main Responsibilities:
* Securing and retaining clients by providing an excellent service
* Assisting the Shannon team and other Aon colleagues to continually deliver an excellent service
* Participation in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clients
* Expanding and sharing knowledge and capabilities
* Maintaining the utmost standards of compliance and adherence to broking best-practice
Skills and Experience:
* Few years of relevant commercial broking experience
* CIP qualified (minimum)
* Progress to ACII (desirable)
* Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards
* Provide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year)
* Strong knowledge across a range of General insurance products
