Ocras Seafood & Snax is a new concept of dining experience located at the popular Marina Market, specialising in seafood and small plates.
We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to assist with the overall running of the kitchen in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the overall running of the kitchen.
2. Work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
3. Maintain a high level of personal presentation.
4. Monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
5. Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
2. Passion and interest in food, particularly seafood.
3. Ability to take direction from fellow team members.
4. Excellent timekeeping.

Pay: €13.00-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
