**Job Title: Team Lead for Personal Lines Client Services**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to lead our Personal Lines Client Services team in Galway. As Team Lead, you will manage and motivate the team to work towards a customer-first approach, supporting the wider team in adapting to new digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Manage and motivate the Client Services team to ensure they meet performance goals.
* Setting Performance Goals: Identify training needs and set objectives to support team growth.
* Maintaining Strong Team Morale: Foster a positive team culture and address any challenges that may arise.
Operational Management: Oversee timely completion of reports, updates, and adherence to capacity planning requirements. Ensure compliance standards are met and provide weekly reports on team activity and performance.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor, with at least 2 years of experience using Relay. A CIP qualification is preferred, along with strong technical and product knowledge, leadership skills, and a can-do attitude.
