Minimum Education & Skills required
1. Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
2. Minimum 2 years previous experience working with people with a disability.
3. A clear understanding of the philosophy of independent living and community integration will be required to be demonstrated.
4. Good communication skills and the ability to self-direct are also essential.
5. Experience in the provision of personal care support.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. To collate, assessment and intervention information and expertise for the purpose of developing an individualised community support service.
2. To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
3. To ensure all interaction with clients is approached with dignity, respect, equality and incorporates choice.
Additional requirements
1. A flexible shift system will operate.
2. Lone Working.
3. A full, clean driving license, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.
4. Access to a car for business purposes.

Salary starting from point 1 €28,570.23 - point 5 €30,051.09 (Pro Rata), depending on experience.
